Commissioners

The Monroe County Board of Commissioners is comprised of three elected members with the Chairman being the Chief Elected Official.

The Monroe County Board is responsible for local government policy decisions. The County Board of Commissioners are:

  • Robert Elmore, Chairman
  • Vicki Koerber, Vice Chairman
  • Delbert W. Wittenauer, Commissioner

Meetings are held on the first and third Mondays of each month at 8 a.m. in the County Board Room – Room 220 at the Monroe County Courthouse in Waterloo. (Exception is when the first or third Monday is a legal holiday, then the meeting is held on the first or third Tuesday.)
