Executive Director of Economic Development

Executive Director of Economic Development Position Available
Monroe County is seeking qualified applicants for Executive Director of Economic Development Overall Purpose – Defines, directs, and implements activities designed to promote, expand, strengthen, and diversify economic development and expansion

Must have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Economic Development, Marketing, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or a similar field.

Minimum of five years’ experience in a position responsible for business development, demonstrating a successful record of growth for a public or private entity and displaying project planning skills and demonstrating a successful record of growth for a public or private entity and displaying project planning skills and demonstrating a strong self-directed work ethic.

Full- time, paid vacation, sick, and holidays. Benefits and IMRF pension.

Salary Range $50,000 – $70,000

Paramedic/EMT (Part-Time)

Monroe County EMS is seeking applications for the position of part-time Basic EMT or Paramedic. Applicants must be licensed through the State of Illinois and approved to practice in Belleville Memorial EMS Region 4 at time of application.
